Solvency II comes into affect soon. Some current developments with respect to the Actuarial Function are:
\n\u00b7 The guideline on the valuation of technical provisions (EIOPA-BoS-14\/166) was published on 2 February 2015 and shall apply from 1 April 2015.
\n\u00b7 The guideline on system of governance (EIOPA-BoS-14\/253), which includes also the aspects of the Actuarial Function will be finalised in April 2015.<\/p>\n
Both guidelines will be relevant for the organisational setup and for daily work of the Actuarial Function.
