After introducing vanilla LM, GLM and GBM, a few cutting edge XAI (eXplainable AI) techniques will be presented to attendees.<\/p><h3>Lecturers:<\/h3><p><strong>Dimitri Delcaillau<\/strong> \u2013 Master Thesis in Applied Mathematics on the control and the transparency of complex models in insurance (SCOR Prize winner), Dimitri also graduated from the engineering school IMT Atlantique (France) and Actuary School EURIA (France). He has a degree in Mathematics and is a French Actuary. He is P&amp;C consultant in Milliman Paris and works for different French companies on various topics, including Reserving and Premium Risk, Customer Life Value, USP computation and IFRS 17.<\/p><p>together with the members of Actuarial Data Science of the Polish Actuarial Association:<\/p><p><strong>Marcin Filip<\/strong>: actuary with experience in life and non-life reserving, risk management gained at work for largest insurance companies in the Polish market<\/p><p><b>Piotr Garbuli\u0144ski<\/b>: pricing actuary with experience in the Polish market gained at work for the largest international insurance companies<\/p><p><b>Przemys\u0142aw Klusik<\/b>: actuary with the Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, independent advisor in financial engineering and actuarial mathematics<\/p><p><b>Aleksander Turant<\/b>: pricing actuary and analytics manager with experience in P&amp;C lines. Case studies across the insurance lifecycle will provide practical examples of how these best practices lead to success and improved customer experience.<\/p><h4>About the lecturer:<\/h4><p>Isin Ozaksoy joined RGA in 2018 in the newly created role of EMEA Head of Data Analytics, where her focus is on building and executing analytics strategies to create future capabilities, delivering critical business value, and facilitating key insights. Her role also includes championing strong data governance and management alignment in support of new products and solutions.<\/p><p>Before joining RGA\u2019s London office, Isin worked at various P&amp;C insurance carriers in the U.S., where she built and executed analytics strategies at both the regional and national level. Prior to joining the reinsurance industry, Isin worked for Capital One, a data-driven and innovative financial company.<\/p><p>Isin received a Ph.D. in statistics (population genetics) from Colorado State University, and a master\u2019s degree in statistics (environmental) from North Carolina State University.
