Case studies across the insurance lifecycle will provide practical examples of how these best practices lead to success and improved customer experience.<\/p><h4>About the lecturer:<\/h4><p>Isin Ozaksoy joined RGA in 2018 in the newly created role of EMEA Head of Data Analytics, where her focus is on building and executing analytics strategies to create future capabilities, delivering critical business value, and facilitating key insights. Her role also includes championing strong data governance and management alignment in support of new products and solutions.<\/p><p>Before joining RGA\u2019s London office, Isin worked at various P&amp;C insurance carriers in the U.S., where she built and executed analytics strategies at both the regional and national level. Prior to joining the reinsurance industry, Isin worked for Capital One, a data-driven and innovative financial company.<\/p><p>Isin received a Ph.D. in statistics (population genetics) from Colorado State University, and a master\u2019s degree in statistics (environmental) from North Carolina State University.
